Ingredients

1 pkg Southeastern Mills® Blueberry Muffin Mix
½ cup milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Combine Southeastern Mills® Blueberry Muffin Mix and milk. Mix just until smooth.

    Fill 6 lightly greased muffin tins 2/3 full (or use paper baking cups).

    Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Enjoy!

Tip: Use to make delicious Blueberry Lemon Bars.
