Ingredients

1 pkg Southeastern Mills® Buttermilk Biscuit
¼ cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ cup Dried cranberries, chopped
1 tsp Orange zest (1 orange)
½ cup Orange juice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a light colored, non-stick, standard-size muffin pan with cooking spray.

    In a medium mixing bowl, add Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, cranberries, orange zest and orange juice.

    Stir to combine. Do not overmix batter.

    Spoon 6 equal amounts of batter, into prepared muffin pan.

    Bake until done, about 15-18 minutes.
