Cranberry Orange Buttermilk Muffins

1 pkg | Southeastern Mills® Buttermilk Biscuit |
¼ cup | Sugar |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
1 tsp | Vanilla |
¼ cup | Dried cranberries, chopped |
1 tsp | Orange zest (1 orange) |
½ cup | Orange juice |
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a light colored, non-stick, standard-size muffin pan with cooking spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, add Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, cranberries, orange zest and orange juice.
Stir to combine. Do not overmix batter.
Spoon 6 equal amounts of batter, into prepared muffin pan.
Bake until done, about 15-18 minutes.
