Chicken Pot Pie

|1||seasoning mix for chicken|
|2 lb||chicken breasts cut into 2 - 3” cubes|
|1 cup||frozen peas|
|2 cups||diced small carrots|
|1||medium onion, diced|
|2 cups||diced small celery|
|2 cups||milk or cream|
|1 pkg||Southeastern Mills® Country Biscuit Mix|
In slow cooker, whisk Seasoning Mix for Chicken with water.
Add chicken breasts, peas, carrots, onions, and celery.
Cover and cook until meat and other ingredients are completely cooked (7 – 8 hours on low setting or 4 hours on high setting). Thirty minutes before the dish is done add milk or cream and stir.
Mix Country Biscuit Mix according to package. Use a 2” biscuit cutter to cutout biscuits.
Add biscuits to slow cooker, replace lid and cook on low setting for an additional 15 – 20 minutes.
