Blueberry & Cherry Cobbler with White Chocolate & Mint Biscuit Crumble

|2 cans||Blueberry Pie Filling (21oz)|
|2 cups||Cherries, frozen|
|2 tsp||vanilla extract|
|¼ cup||granulated sugar|
|2 pkg||Southeastern Mills® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix|
|¼ cup||dark brown sugar|
|1||stick melted butter|
|1 cup||white chocolate chips|
|1 tsp||mint, chopped|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium size mixing bowl combine blueberry pie filling, cherries, vanilla extract and granulated sugar. Fold ingredients until well incorporated.
In a separate mixing bowl combine biscuit mix, dark brown sugar, melted butter, white chocolate and mint. Mix with a spoon or by hand until butter is mix thoroughly and the mixture feels like a crumble topping.
Grease a 9x13 pan baking dish.
Pour in blueberry and cherry mixture and spread evenly across pan.
Pour crumble topping over the cobbler and place in oven.
Bake for 50 minutes.
