Artisan Bacon & Tomato Breakfast Flat Bread

1 pkg Southeastern Mills® Peppered Gravy Mix
1¾ cups water
1 oz Southeastern Mills® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
¼ cup water
¼ cup bacon, cooked & crumbled
¼ cup tomato, diced
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup Asiago cheese, grated (optional)

    Preheat Oven to 400ºF. Combine Gravy Mix with Water according to package directions.

    Cook Gravy Mix according to package directions and hold warm for further use in recipe.

    In a bowl combine Biscuit Mix with water and mix according to package directions. (Please note, package directions say to use ½ cup of water, it has been reduced to ¼ cup for this recipe)

    On a parchment lined cookie pan, place mixed biscuit dough and with a wet hand pat the dough down to form an oval shaped pizza crust approximately ¼ inch thick.

    Top the dough with approximately ½ cup of the cooked Gravy, as if you were putting sauce onto a pizza crust.

    Top the sauced dough with cooked bacon, diced tomatoes, Shredded Cheddar and grated Asiago cheeses.

    Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.

    Serve Flatbreads with extra sauce for dipping.
