Peanut Butter Pancakes with Strawberry Syrup

|1 pkg||Southeastern Mills® Buttermilk Pancake Mix|
|Strawberry syrup (may substitute)|
|1 cup||plus 2 tablespoons warm water|
|¼ cup||creamy peanut butter|
Preheat nonstick griddle to 375 °F. Lightly coat griddle with cooking spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, add warm water and peanut butter, whisk to combine.
Add Buttermilk Pancake Mix, stir until smooth.
Pour batter onto hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until golden brown on each side. Serve immediately with strawberry syrup.
