
Chipped Beef Peppered Gravy on Toast Points

1 pkg | Southeastern Mills® Peppered Gravy Mix |
1 Tbsp | butter |
1 jar | dried beef, coarsely chopped (2.5-ounce) |
8 slices | Texas toast (trim crusts, toast and cut into diagonal slices) |
In a large saucepan, prepare the Peppered Gravy Mix according to package directions; set aside.
In a medium, nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add sliced beef, cook and stir until done, about 3-4 minutes.
Add cooked beef to prepared gravy, stir to combine and heat through.
Spoon gravy over Texas toast points and serve.
If desired, add extra water to gravy to adjust consistency.
