We do not accept returned food items. This policy is not meant to be unfriendly to our customers; in fact the opposite is true. Our Replacement Policy is intended for the health and well being of our customers.
Your satisfaction is a top priority. Please contact us with any questions, concerns or comments and we will work diligently to remedy any issues that may arise. Our Replacement Policy is good for 30 days after the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a potential exchange after 30 days or if purchased from an unauthorized source.
If you have any product or shipping issues, please contact Summit Hill Foods® Consumer Affairs to resolve the issue. Consumer Affairs will consider each issue and work to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
