Make-It-A-Meal Potato Topper

|1||medium Russet potatoes, scrubbed|
|1 Tbsp||canola oil for skins|
|1 pkg||Southeastern Mills® Country Gravy Mix|
|4||green onions, rinsed and chopped|
|1 cup||shredded Cheddar cheese (low fat)|
Gently scrub 8 potatoes. Pierce potatoes with fork to allow steam to escape and lightly rub each potato with a small amount of oil.
Microwave potatoes according to microwave directions.
Prepare Fat Free Country Gravy according to package directions.
Chop green onions.
Split each baked potato and fluff with fork.
Top each potato with about ¼ cup gravy, shredded Cheddar cheese and green onion.
