Country Styled Chicken Tenders

|canola oil for frying|
|1 pkg||Southeastern Mills® Country Gravy Mix|
|¼ cup||plain breadcrumbs|
|½ tsp||garlic powder|
|1 lb||chicken tenders (about 10)|
In a large skillet add enough oil that chicken tenders will be covered and preheat to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, add dry Country Gravy mix, breadcrumbs and garlic powder.
In another medium bowl, add milk.
Dip chicken tenders in milk, then coat in dry mix. Repeat until all chicken is coated.
Fry chicken until golden brown or internal temperature reaches 165°F.
