Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine Biscuit Mix and 1/2 cup milk.
Mix just until soft dough forms.
Drop dough by spoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-11 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush top of hot biscuit with melted butter. Enjoy!
