to custom-mill or custom-blend flours to achieve specific
end use functionalities.

Our manufacturing facilities are designed for fast throughput,
while maintaining the flexibility needed for a diverse customer
base. For example, our Customer Foods Coatings plant produces
batters and breadings in an ultra-high-tech, automated, vertical
blending process. This focus on efficient manufacturing capabilities
will continue as we strive to deliver outstanding overall
value to our customers.
