Peanut Butter Pancakes with Strawberry Syrup

Serves 8

  • 1 (6-ounce) package Southeastern Mills® Buttermilk Pancake Mix 
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water    
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter     
  • strawberry syrup (may substitute) 


  1. Preheat nonstick griddle to 375 °F degrees. 
  2. Lightly coat griddle with cooking spray.  
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, add warm water and peanut butter, whisk to combine. 
  4. Add Buttermilk Pancake Mix, stir until smooth.  
  5. Pour batter onto hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until golden brown on each side.
