Peanut Butter Pancakes with Strawberry Syrup

- 1
(6-ounce) package Southeastern Mills®
Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1
cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water
- ¼
cup creamy peanut butter
- strawberry
syrup (may substitute)
Directions
- Preheat nonstick griddle to 375 °F degrees.
- Lightly coat griddle with cooking
spray.
- In a
medium mixing bowl, add warm water and peanut butter, whisk to combine.
- Add Buttermilk
Pancake Mix, stir until smooth.
- Pour
batter onto hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until golden brown on each side.
