Ingredients and Shopping List

Makes 6 muffins

  • 1 (7.4-ounce) Southeastern Mills® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (1 orange)
  • ½ cup orange juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a light colored, non-stick, standard-size muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, cranberries, orange zest and orange juice.
  3. Stir to combine. Do not over mix batter.
  4. Spoon 6 equal amounts of batter, into prepared muffin pan.
  5. Bake until done, about 15-18 minutes.
