Ingredients & Shopping List

Serves 6-8

• 1 (4.5-ounce) package Southeastern Mills® Brown Gravy Mix
• 2 pounds ground beef, thawed
• 1 egg
• 1 cup diced yellow onion (about 1 large onion)
• ½ cup plain breadcrumbs
• ½ cup barbecue sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, barbecue sauce and DRY Brown Gravy Mix.
3. Place mixture into prepared loaf pan and shape. Spread ketchup over top.
4. Bake uncovered, until done, about 55 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

Now this is comfort food at its best! Serve with mashed potatoes and Southeastern Mills Beef Gravy Mix, add fresh sweet corn to the menu and enjoy! For mini-meatloaves, place mixture in a standard muffin pan and adjust bake time.
