Ingredients & Shopping List

Serves 6-8

  • 1 (2.75-ounce) package Southeastern Mills® Biscuit Gravy Mix
  • 1 pound ground beef, thawed
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a large baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook beef until done. Set aside.
  3. Prepare macaroni according to package directions, drain.
  4. In a large saucepan, prepare gravy as directed.
  5. Combine cooked beef, elbow macaroni, prepared Biscuit Gravy and 2 cups Cheddar cheese.
  6. Place mixture into prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove from oven. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese, return to oven, bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serving Suggestions

A terrific dish for a quick weeknight dinner. For added nutrition and a pop of color add 1 cup of frozen peas to mixture before baking.
