Ingredients & Shopping List
- 1 (2.75-ounce) package Southeastern Mills® Fat Free
Country Gravy Mix
- 8 medium Russet potatoes, scrubbed
- 1 tablespoon canola oil for skins
- 4 green onions, rinsed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (low fat)
- Gently scrub 8 potatoes. Pierce potatoes with fork to allow steam to escape and lightly
rub each potato with a small amount of oil.
- Microwave potatoes according to microwave directions.
- Prepare Fat Free Country Gravy according to package directions.
- Chop green onions.
- Split each baked potato and fluff with fork.
- Top each potato with about ¼ cup gravy, shredded Cheddar cheese and green onion.
