Directions

Bring 7 cups water to a rolling boil.
Whisk in Cheddar Potato Soup mix and bring back to a boil.
Reduce heat, stir in beer and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Great as a meal by itself or serve it along with your favorite grilled brats or kielbasa and fresh bread for a hearty, satisfying meal.
